We are looking for an outstanding and results-oriented professional with an impeccable track record of achievement and a high level of integrity, competence & confidence to take over the position of Head of Credit Operations
The ideal candidate should process:
– Management Degree from a recognized University
– Preferably over 5 years experience in a similar capacity in a reputed Financial Organization with over‘ 10 years experience in the industry.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills and a good command in English/Sinhala and Tamil Language will be an added advantage.
– Sufficient maturity to manage a department which has total responsibility to deliver” credit related services to the business.
– Ability and willingness to travel to branches across the country where necessary.
– A willing attitude and “can do“ mentality under all odds is required.
Age preferably between 35 to 45 years
The successful candidate would be provided with a competitive remuneration package with other fringe benefits.
