Requirements:
– Good knowledge of MS Office, Able to design or modify Macros (added advantage), Creation of effective measure, Project execution, Handle and initiate Six Sigma Projects, Kaizen Projects, Ideation.
– Green Belt Trained required and certified (Preferred).
– With minimum of 3 years of experience
Job responsibilities
– Mentor Six Sigma and Lean/Kaizen Projects across Location Processes and provide support to other Locations wherever required
– Identify and Lead Six Sigma and Lean projects
– Regular compliance checks and Mock Audits, Ensure adherence to ISO 9001.
– ISO Process Compliance (QMS deployment) and drive Improvement initiatives in the processes.
– Drive and Lead ldeation/Knowledge Management and best Practice Sharing initiatives.
– Formalizing and implementing Sampling and Quality checking methodology including supervision and improvement of feedback mechanism.
– Conducting Root Cause Analysis for any Process deviations and creation of creative and workable Action plans to correct and prevent reoccurrence of such deviation
– Reporting and Analysis of monthly Transactional and Process Excellence performance of all Processes including SLAs Performance
– VOC survey analysis and actionable closure; assisting operations in improving the VOC score
Key competencies include strong command over spoken English, strong leadership, analytical and planning skills, team orientation and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Working hrs will be as the UK/US business hours.
