Job Description:
The General Manager is expected to play a leadership role and ensure the accomplishment of the set goals and objectives through the implementation of various strategies.
Job Responsibility:
• Establish short, medium and long term goals and objectives for the company in terms on sales growth and profitability.
• Develop appropriate strategies and implement them to achieve the goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership to the team to align them towards achieving the company objectives.
• Manage operations to provide excellent customer service and ensure legal compliance to operations.
• Promote the company in order to get new clients.
Job Qualifications
• Candidates should have a minimum of 05 years experience at the senior management level with o proven track record of achieving business results in to reputed security company.
• A minimum of 10 years of active service in the ranks of Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent of police or similar ranks in other armed forces is preferred.
• An excellent knowledge and understanding about the commercial security industry in Sri Lanka.
