Digital Media Executive (Sri Lanka)

The selected candidate will be reporting to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for all communication with customers via email and social media. Main responsibilities of the role would include,
• Managing the general e-mail box
• Communicating with customers on a regular basis with order updates, inquiries and online orders via e-mail and Facebook
• Coordinating with outside partners and managing social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
• Coordinating with web developer and managing the online store
• Process online orders
• Coordinating online promotions
Applicant’s Profile
The selected candidate should possess relevant academic/ professional qualification to perform well in this role. Knowledge on handling social media and websites will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication and organizing skills are required. Fluency in English is a must. Experience in a similar capacity is not mandatory but will be considered as an advantage.
Remuneration
A remuneration package on par with the industry standards will be offered to the selected candidate.
