Job Description:
We are seeking for an individual with the ability to manage data systems efficiently. Regular systems sourcing, management, updating and backing up are essential job duties. Experienced with a natural talent and flair for data entry are recommended.
Key Responsibilities:
• To maintain an updated and accurate database using company software, equipment and systems.
• Provide relevant and accurate information to other departments, on a real-time basis.
• Create company system backups and secure crucial company-related information.
• Integrate the key functional areas of the company by utilizing the system available as a tool of integration and communication.
• Maintain high confidentiality and accuracy of data.
Qualities and Qualifications:
• Highly reliable and acute individual.
• The individual should be a ‘fast-learner’ and should be able to work Independently.
• Sound knowledge in record-keeping.
• Pleasant inter-personal skills.
• Good communication skills.
