We are currently seeking for vibrant Customer Support Engineer with a strong desire for quality and ability to take the customer’s point of view with attention to detail.

Job Scope:

– Maintain in-depth knowledge of Interblocks products and business domain
– Solution deployment,Troubleshooting and Conduct training on Interblocks products or its components
– Maintain a cordial work relationship with customers and vendors.
– Accurate record keeping and process the ticket on priority basis.
– Escalate problems as appropriate following internal procedures.
– 24/7 operation either on call/standby or premises on shift basis

Application Profile:

– Experience in working with databases: Oracle, Postgres, IBM DB2 on Unix platform will be an added a vantage.
– Experience in working with programming technologies (Servlet, JSP, HTML, AJAX, JQuery, Java Script,JSF,JPA,GNU ++) will be an a ed advantage
– Hard working with ability to work extra hours depending on the situation and under pressure.
– Good analytical , Multitasking, problem solving skills with minimal guidance
– Candidate must also be motivated, friendly, proactive, a team player with time management and good communication skills In English

Required Qualifications:

– B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or related fields.
