The Role:
This position requires an experienced supervisor to handle the operation of Claims Division. This includes providing administrative support and maintaining a high level of customer service to ensure claims are settled effectively. He/ she should analyze existing operating procedures, develop forward thinking solutions and generate ideas for continuous improvement. Further the Claims Manager should respond to customer inquiries/ complaints and ensure they are resolved effectively and sensitively.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated leadership ability in an operational environment (service sector).
• Ability to be thorough, accurate and complete when working, processing or providing information and documenting.
• Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner • Strong organizational & analytical skills.
• Strong computer application knowledge with MS Office proficiency.
Location: Colombo 03
