Business Development Executive — IT Academy

Pre-Requisites:
The ideal candidate we are looking for should be below 3o years of age with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of sales & Marketing and/or business development, Sound Educational background with IT knowledge and fluent communication skills along with a commitment to deliver results.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to work with minimum supervision are also key attributes sought in the applicant.
Job Role:
The primary task of the job is the successful implementation of the new IT educational and training programs that are offered through an island-wide network of IT centres. The job also involves Programme Management responsibilities, involving multiple partners such as communities, government establishments, private sector partners etc. This role will also involve monitoring programme progress, reporting against milestones, putting in place corrective action, maintaining partner relationships and grass-root partner trainings. Ability to recognise and evaluate the IT center potential will also be an important responsibility.
