About our Client:
My client are services business based in Australia and New Zealand. We are looking for an Online Business Analyst to join our IT Team in Sri Lanka. You will be working in a Global team, dealing with senior stakeholders of the wider business.
Job Description:
You will be required to work on Online initiatives with the business stakeholders in IT and Marketing. Your role will include:
– Managing stakeholders across the regions – analysis, definition and capturing detailed business requirements
– Product assessment and selection – analysing software solutions against business requirements
– Acting as the key customer and functional contact for both Marketing and Online initiatives
The Successful Applicant:
You must have the following relevant experience:
– Proven track record of working in a Business Analyst role working on large complex projects, including CRM and
Marketing/ Online initiatives
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
– Strong Business Analysis skills – producing business requirements, functional specifications, business process models, milestone plans
– Experience of working in global and remote teams
– Experience of working and understanding a Marketing and Online team is important
– Experience of working closely with Test Analysts and Developers is important
– Proven and demonstrable experience within a genuine Agile environment
