Bonded Store Manager (Sri Lanka)

Established in 1971, Skychef Servair is the leading catering business in Seychelles, servicing the major airlines, private flights, as well as the hospital and private clients. The company employs 190 people, many of whom have been with the business for many years, and produces over 3500 meals per day. We are looking for hardworking, motivated and committed candidates to fill in the following post:
Bonded Store Manager
Principal duties and responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the bonded stores department
• Verify that prepared bar packing bonded store meet requirements for quality and quantity
• Participate in packing bars and amenities
• Inspect bar packing preparation
• Ensure proper labelling of products and good rotation of perishable
• Ensure timely delivery of the bars and amenities to the aircrafts
• Liaise with personnel’s in terms of change of aircraft, substitution of products
• Responsible for the liaison with Custom Officers on duty free and cargo requirements
• Generate, process & present reports using Bonded Store Management Computer System periodically as well as on ad hoc basis.
Requirements:
• A degree or diploma in Inventory Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in similar capacity (Experience airline catering industry is preferable)
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in working with Inventory Management Systems, MS-Excel, MS-Word and other MS Office packages
• Analytical skills, excellent negotiating and networking ability
• Leadership skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work under pressure
