Associate Tech Lead
Requirements:
• At least 3+ years of experience in Android app development.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in developing offline/online apps for phones and tablets.
• Thorough knowledge on various Android versions and devices.
• Excellent understanding of Android echo system.
• Excellent Java knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in code and memory optimization.
• Very good understanding of Object Oriented programming.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
• Write modular, reusable and tested code with Object Oriented principals.
• High attention to detail, willingness to learn, share and grow with the team.

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Communicate well with the local and overseas teams.
• Provide accurate estimations for project tasks.
• Work in an agile environment, while being committed to project delivery.
