Qualifications and Experience:
– Should have Degree or Professionals qualification in Facility Management
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager /Senior Executive with knowledge of building maintenance, construction, and rentals to oversee and manage Group properties, owned and operated as well as Properties for rental.
– Experience with regulations and procedures for building approvals, familiarity with sustainability and efficiency, and an ability to manage tenants and budgets.
– Excellent verbal and communication skills to deal with local authorities and other regulatory bodies related to land and tenancy matters.
– Analytical and critical thinking skills are requirements. The above position carries an attractive remuneration and benefits.
– Salary 200K-250K
