Vacancy for Architecture Auotcad Draftsman
An Architectural & Interior Design Firm based in Dehiwela is looking for Confident, Team Orientated Individuals who are capable of working in a dynamic work environment for Immediate Recruitment.
Job Description:
• Producing Architectural & Interior Drawings for Residential & Commercial Projects.
• Preparing mood boards for client’s presentations
• Involvement of selection of Interior materials and fittings etc
• Assisting senior Designers to develop detailed designs, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software, sketches & small-scale physical models
• Learning and assist in all aspects of running projects
• Taking site measurements.
• Developing detailed designs, Producing Architectural & Interior drawings/ details for construction and production.
• Project Management & supplier co-ordination such as obtaining quotes from various contactors/ suppliers..
Required Skills:
• 2 -3 Year’s Minimum work experience at Architecture Company in Producing Architectural Drawings.
• The right candidate should be detailed oriented, organized, have a strong sense of time Management, be fast paced, be self-motivated.
• Good Knowledge in latest Design Software’s such as Photoshop, Sketch up or 3D Studio Max, Illustrator will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
• Basic Knowledge in Office Software’s.
