Administrative Executive – Maintenance (Male) (Sri Lanka)

Our Client is a leading public listed finance company in Sri Lanka.
KEY AREAS:
• Preparing Bills of quantities (BOQ) & estimating for construction;
• Maintain Fixed Asset register and issuing and updating fixed asset codes;
• Supervision of all construction and maintenance work;
• Obtaining Quotation for various types of civil engineering jobs, Contract administration, and Supplier payment administration;
• Working with sub-contractors and ensure that maintenance and installations.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
• 1 – 2 years working knowledge of general administrative function relating to civil engineering activities and maintenance activities in a corporate environment in a similar capacity.;
• Certificate /Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey, Civil Engineering, Maintenance Management or Facility Management will be an added advantage;
• Good command of English and Sinhala languages (Tamil will be a plus);
• Computer Skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and sound knowledge in Auto Cad will be a plus;
• Preferable a Male candidate Age below 30 years.
The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package(also will consider above the Market rate package) based on his qualifications and working experience.
