Job Description:
– Part-Qualified (above intermediary level) in CASL / ACCA
– Highly competent in technicalities of Financial Accounting
– 02-03 years’ experience in an Audit Firm involved in finalization of Accounts
– Further a minimum of 03 years of hands-on experience in consolidating,
finalizing monthly accounts at a commercial business ideally in a Retail
Trading / Manufacturing entities.
– Expert working knowledge in Sage 300 / ACCPAC is a distinctive advantage
– Higher literacy in IT — Advance XL & other MS-Office
– Aged around 30-32
Key roles include (but not limited to):
– Manage, Administer & Maintain the Company GL. That includes periodical
reconciliations & updating key accounts in the areas of Revenues, Bank,
Debtors / Creditors, Advances / Pre-payments etc.
– Maintain the Fixed Asset Register & update Depreciation schedule.
– Perform month-end closure processes systematically & in timely manner
assuring accuracy of the TB being generated.
– Produce monthly Financial Reporting pack on time.
– Support Management Accounting Reports with due analysis & accurate
financial accounting information.
– Attend any other ad-hoc analyses / reports as assigned.
