Account Manager – Overseas Operation (Sri Lanka)

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction.
The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts , as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure the delivery of superior service. In addition, he/she should build relations hips with clients to encourage new and recurring business opportunities.
Job Requirement:
– Required to identify business trends , forecast demand and provide information to team head to prepare the annual sales budget.
– Ability to understand critical and unique business processes of the customer and propose strategic
– ICT solutions to enhance their business operation and help achieve competitive advantage.
– Proactively conduct customer reviews on a regular basis to review service needs and us age trends .
– Ability promote new products and services to customers .
– Communicate the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team and maintain service levels with clients that exceed their expectations.
– Monitor the team performance in accordance to the budget and suggest measures to increase profits.
– Frequent travel for overseas.
Ideal candidate should:
– The ideal candidate must be around 25 to 35 years with full or part qualification in CIM, SLIM, CIMA or any other similar professional qualification.
– Proven track record around 02 years in Account Management preferably in the I.T.Industry.
– Ability to lead a project using own initiative and working as part of the team.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills and negotiation skills with exposure to modern office technology.
– Trilingual speaking candidates will be preferred.
– Willing to travel overseas on short notice
– Experience in Bangladesh market will be an added advantage
