We are in search of dynamic, dedicated individual with following attributes to join the winning team.
Responsibilities:
• Operations Management
✓ Reporting directly to the Office Manager.
✓ Supporting the Operations Team in project management of tasks from start to completion.
✓ Arranging visas and flights for deploying personnel.
✓ Liaising with agents and partners in-country.
✓ Providing cover for other Operations Managers when they are out of the office or on AL.
✓ Maintaining a live database of kit and equipment.
✓ Working with the compliance team to ensure that at all times operations are conducted in accordance with flag, coastal, national and international legislation’s.
✓ Monitoring and distribution of intelligence reports.
• Personnel Management
✓ Assisting the Office Manager in sourcing of personnel, to include sifting of CVs, shortlisting candidates for interview, conducting interviews and pre-employment screening.
✓ Ongoing monitoring of personnel performance and addressing performance or disciplinary issues in collaboration with the Office Manager.
Personal Profile:
• Male candidate, age below 40 years.
• Should possess excellent communication skills both written and spoken English.
• Exceptional PR & Customer Service skills.
• Previous experiences in maritime security industry will be a distinct advantage. Candidates without industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Should possess good time keeping skills.
• Diligent & enthusiastic.
• Willing to work on night shifts.
• Should be able to confidently communicate with clients and vessel masters when required.
• Should be conversant with E-mail / Internet / Microsoft office package.
Location:- Galle
Salary:- Will be based on experience.
