Senior / Executive – HR (Male) (Sri Lanka)

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 04 years of experience in HR with hands on experience of employee
Disciplinary / Non-disciplinary matters, Succession planning, Grievance handling,
Handling staff Exit and Clearance and etc.;
– Prior HR Executive / officer experience in reputed organization preferably in Banking, Finance or a service industry.
– Degree in HRM / PQHRM / Labour Law / LLB degree from a recognized University.
– Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office with strong aptitude for technology and software use.
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala, the ability to communicate in Tamil will be an added advantage.
– A track record of having maintained good inter-personal relationships. and leadership qualities (soft skills) with people handling experience.
