Sales Representative (Sri Lanka)

Main Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales target given by the company within the allocated geographical market
• Carryout all the promotional activities for incremental sales value/ volumes
• Visit all potential outlets periodically
• Maintain the merchandising standards in line with brand plan
• Make sure that the outstanding payments are collected within the agreed period & continue monitoring of the financial stability of the distributor A/c
• Able to build good personal relationship with trade & related staff
• Good knowledge of route planning,
• Build personal rapport with all key customers & maintain & update all customer profile/s
Person’s Specification:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in FMCG / Electronic Sector
• Knowledge of current market trends & the product behavior
• Valid ride license + A motor bicycle
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Age below 30
Salary : Rs. 41,000 + Attractive sales commission
