Sales Manager // Head of Sales (Sri Lanka)

Job Brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us and meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be in charge of the sales growth strategies and action plans required to achieve the financial target.
Skills / Responsibilities:
– Manage a team by motivating the members & delegating tasks.
– Develop and execute business plans to achieve and exceed sales target.
– Must be Data Driven and have the ability to budget and forecast sales for growth.
– (Pull system) Build and maintain a strong, long-lasting customer network.
– Effectively communicate the value proposition via proposals and presentations.
– Understand the customers’ need and develop custom solutions for mid to large scale companies.
– Ability to adopt to multiple products.
Experience:
– Minimum 10-15 years of experience.
– Worked in multiple industries (Minimum 2 industries).
– Experience in developing client focused, differentiated, achievable custom engineered solutions to mid-large scale companies.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Qualifications:
– Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in Business Administration.
– Having an Engineering Degree/Diploma/ HND will be an added advantage.
