Sales Manager
We are looking for a competent and committed individual to play a pivotal role in heading our Sales Department The ideal candidate should possess excellent command of English and strong interpersonal skills have the ability to work independently, unsupervised, possess a dynamic personality and be resourceful. He or she should be committed and aspire for success, be self-motivated and customer oriented. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure working environment, be task & resulted oriented and be an excellent team player.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Develop Sales Plans/ Forecasts and Strategies
• Set sales targets and closely supervise and monitor the sales team in driving them towards achieving the set targets
• Be responsible for achieving targets
• Direct and ensure that the sales staff performs day-to-day sales visits to agents/Corporates
• Establish and maintain high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions
• Closely track markets trends, developments and competitor activities
• Maintain statistics /preparing sales / productivity reports/Market Plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 3 – 4 years post qualifying experience at a management level in the Airline / Travel industry
• Full or part qualification in CIM or a recognized University Degree
• Possess good planning & organizational skills with functional knowledge to achieve the Company objectives and turnover targets laid down in the sales plan
• Proficiency in MS Office Packages (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Internet savvy/GDS experience.
• Age between 35-40 years
