We have vacancies for the following positions for young, self-motivated and dynamic individuals.
Recovery Managers / Coordinators (Male / Female)
• Ability to effectively manage a portfolio of delinquent clients
• Minimum 3 years of experience in collection & recoveries
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Sinhala along with computer literacy
• Strong communication, interpersonal negotiation and team working skills
• Should be target oriented
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Passed GCE O/L
• Age limit 20-35
• Remuneration — Salary + commission
Field Executives (Male)
• Visit and trace delinquent clients/properties and negotiating resolution deals with defaulting borrowers, regular follow-up on accounts assigned
• Must be prepared to travel any part of the country
• Passed GCE O/L
• Must possess a valid riding license
• Age limit 20-30.
• Remuneration – Salary + Commission
Selected candidates for both categories must be able to submit Police Clearance Reports.
