Designation: Pre – Sales Engineer
Job Role:
• Introduce and promote products to customers at field events.
• Be able to visit clients in territories in order to address technical issues as and when required.
• Respond to queries in relation to functional and technical elements of solutions.
• Ensure customer requirements are communicated to product management teams.
• Should handle all correspondence independently in a professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in the field of ICT/Engineering.
• Full/part qualified in OM and or/LIMA.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity at a reputed ICT/Telecommunication company.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be well versed in English and Sinhala in both written and verbal communication.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages.
• Should possess good analytical and conceptual skills.
• Should be a good team player with a positive attitude.
