Manager – Internal Audit
The Manager, Internal Audit is responsible for planning, executing and reporting on operational, financial, regulatory and compliance related audits/reviews.
Qualifications and skills profile:
Partly (minimum Final Stage plus) qualified in ICASL / ACCA
Minimum of 4 years Audit experience with 2 years manufacturing sector experience in a similar capacity.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation (esp. report writing) skills
Sound business acumen and flexibility to relate to different stakeholders whilst balancing the importance of the audit function
Proven ability to guide and manage a team of subordinates
Internal Audit Executive
Responsible for performance of compliance, financial, and operational audits . He / She regularly interacts with mid-to-senior level management to discuss issues and recommend improved business practices
Qualifications and skills profile:
* Partly qualified in ICASL / ACCA
* Minimum of 2 years Audit experience with 1 years manufacturing sector experience in a similar capacity.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Sound business acumen and flexibility to relate to the audit function
Successful candidate shall receive an attractive performance based remuneration package with ample opportunities: for career advancement.
The preference will be given to candidates who reside in Kalutara, Panadura, Moratuwa and Horana arrears.
