Job Descriptiob:
Responsibilities:
– Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource
– Policies and procedures. – Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job Descriptions for all positions.
– Plan and coordinate staff recruitment based on the directives given by the management
– Prepare Annual Training Plan b Budget and organize training b Development activities
– Accordingly
– Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements
– Conduct disciplinary inquiries b investigations whenever needed
– Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Compensation Management (EPF, ETF b other statutory payments) – Performance Management and HR related documentation work
Requirements:
– Age below 40
– Should have a degree or Professional Qualifications in the field of Human Resources Management from a recognized institute. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management.
– Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills with excellent communication ability
– Experience in Training b Development will be an added advantage.
– Salary negotiable
