Laugfs a truly Sri Lankan conglomerate engaged in the diversified business operations with 20 subsidiary companies is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, self motivated, professionals for the Post of Manager – HRD for one of its subsidiaries.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management / Professional qualifications in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute.
– Age below 40 years
– 5 years’ experience in core HR activities in a reputed business organization. (Experience preferably in Engineering / Leisure)
– Must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.
– Experience in implementation of HRIS (hSenid) will be considered as an additional qualification.
– Fully conversant with the prevailing Labor laws of the country.
