We are a medium scale ISO certified construction company specializing in the construction of Hotels, Apartments, Luxury Villas and Interior work.
We are looking for a self-motivated and dynamic candidate to head our construction division.
You will gain the opportunity to work in a closely – knit work place and rewarding environment.
Suitable Candidate should have:
– Chartered Engineer with Bsc. Eng (Civil) or equivalent.
– Minimum 15 years’ experience in Managing Construction Projects.
– Sound Knowledge of project management principles.
Responsibilities of the Role:
– Guide, supervise and control the work of site managers and staff.
– Coordinate between internal departments as well as external organizations to facilitate the provision of necessary resources to the project.
– Maintain the highest standards of quality control.
– Optimize project planning to effectively utilize resources.
– Review status reports and implement corrective action.
– Monitor and control cost.
– Facilitate timely project hand – over and closure.
– Maintain cordial relationships with consultants, clients and stakeholders
– Remuneration negotiable.
