Job Description:

– Coordination with ASCM, AT & H, ALOG and vendors for consolidated billing of Unit Holders
– Invoicing Unit Holders for storage charges
– Invoicing ASCM for container truck weightment charges, container related vas activities like cleaning, container Fumigation, lashing choking , Lift on Lift off charges and inbound outbound handling requirements including any special handling in ODC yard
– Billing for VAS activity conducted by unit holder (including ASCM)
– Analyze to increase the operating efficiency
– Processing and Checking the Documents for Final Billing
– Perform Monthly Closing activities for revenues and receivables.
– Receiving and verifying vendor bills as per the agreement and submit to the finance department for processing the payment
– MIS and reporting Skill
– Documentation Skills
– Verification of cash book, Assets & Hire Accounts.
– Preparation of Schedules for inventories.
– Cash Remittance, Financial record etc. Register and book required to maintaining under various Acts.

Experience : 5 – 8 Years
