Job Description:
CA from good articleship background, passed within 4 attempts.
Experience with 5 years atleast in handling corporate accounts of large size, multi locational public limited, listed companies in India. Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage, Costing & MIS is mandatory Knowledge of direct and indirect taxation is preferable.Knowledge of Indian accounting standards is a must.
– Finalization of Quarterly, Annual Accounts, as per Companies Act, Listing Agreement with SEBI and Income Tax Act.
– Compliance of Accounting standards.
– Preparation of MIS
– Coordination with auditors.
– Coordinate accounting activity of the units and subsidiaries.
