Assistant Manager – Operations
Drive all aspects of Operational requirements and ensure client service level agreements are met.
– Age between 27 to 35 years
– Degree or Diploma in Marketing / Customer Service / Business Administration
– 6-10 Years of overall experience out of which at least 34 years should be in service or BPO related industry with people management experience
– Experience in Customer Relationships Management
– People management skills with good interpersonal relations
– Strong verbal communication skills
– Analytical skills
– Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Team Leader – (Inbound/Outbound)
Drive all aspects of Operational requirements and serve as a liaison between operations and the management to ensure
client service level agreements are met.
– 3-5 Years experience in Inbound/outbound
– Experience in managing team of 10-15 executives
– Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if required
– Identify improvement opportunities
– Age above 23 years
– Proficienqr in MS Office applications
– Strong command over spoken English, analytical and planning skills and team orientation
Trainer (Process/Soft Skills)
Drive all aspects of Training requirements and to ensure organizational training requirements are met.
– Age above 23 years
– Professional Qualification in Training will be an added advantage
– 3-4 years experience as a Trainer or Quality Analyst
– Strong command over spoken English, ability to speak Tamil would be an added advantage
– Proficiency in MS Office applications
– Willing to work flexible hours, weekends
Call Center Agents and Back Office Agents
– Computer literacy in MS office packages
– Good language proficiency in English, Sinhala, and/or Tamil
– Should be open to work in shins including weekends! holidays
