Financial Services Assistants
Duties & Responsibilities
• Checking & accepting documents for the purpose of preparing payments.
• Handling all payments (Commission, Salary, Claims & others)
• Issue data and update the systems daily.
• Prepare Bank reconciliation of relevant current accounts.
• Handling petty cash float and preparing petty cash system.
• Preparation and checking of statutory payments.
Qualifications & Skills required:
• Should have passed CAB II level of ICASL.
• Should have minimum 1-2 years experience in Accounting in a computerized working environment.
• Candidates should be below 26 years of age.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal skills.
• Required to be IT Literate.
• Experience in handling payments and knowledge in Accounting software is an added advantage.
