Factory Accountant (Sri Lanka)

Responsibilities:
– Overseeing the Factory Finance department
– Preparation of operational budgets
– Monitoring and reviewing payments and prepare / analyze management accounting information
– Analysis of production and Inventory status of the Factory and report to Monthly meetings
– Review and report of production efficiencies, inefficiencies and wastages related to Factory operation
– Ensure the accuracy of payments related to Factory including Wages
– Preparation of report and presentations for monthly operational meeting working with all sub departments of operations
– Ensure the updating of all day to day transactions to the ERP system
Recruitment:
– Full or Part qualification of CASL / CIMA / ACCA
– Bachelor’s Degree specializing in Finance
– Minimum 3 years experience
– An analytical mindset
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work well in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
