Executive Secretary for MD
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support service to MD to ensure professional, responsive and effective experience with the organization as a whole.
• Provide sophisticated calendar management.
• Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; makes judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Administer correspondence, emails and mail.
• Handle calls and visitors with grace, sophistication and professionalism.
• Plan of meeting & be able to compile minutes of meeting with relevant follow up actions
• Coordinate with external authorized and institution as per requirements
• Making Travel arrangement
Requirements:
• Age between 25-40 years.(Male/Female)
• Should possess a degree or equivalent Professional Qualification from reputed establishments.
• Over 5 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant for a company Chairman/CEO/GM
• Possess a good command of Sinhala & English, both spoken and written.
• Sound knowledge and skills in office packages including producing documents, charts and preparation of presentations.
• Maintain strict confidentiality with all correspondence and information.
• Ex Government/Administrative officers also considered
