We are looking for a dynamic resource to join our Customer Relationship/Product Teams in Colombo.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate should have a high level of attention to detail as well as highly effective communication skills in order to work closely with overseas teams.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Compilation of monthly feedback reports for all brands.
• Ensuring all product related data is up to date.
• Interact and communicate with the Destination Management team regarding reservations related matters.
• Continuous communication with customers and suppliers while responding to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Update product changes where necessary.
• Updating customer bookings.
• Assist with visas and insurance.
• Assisting in arranging itineraries and updating any changes in existing.
• Maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Passed G.C.E A/L s all 3 subjects.
• 1-2 years of experience in the field of Customer Service/Product Support.
• Minimum 1 year experience in travel & tourism industry is an advantage
• Knowledge about travel and tourism industry is desirable.
• Experience with computer systems essential.
• Competent in use of Microsoft office software including excel.
• Exposure in dealing with foreign clients is desirable.

• High attention to details.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise multiple tasks.
