Due to the expansion of business process following vacancy exist in our Trincomalee manufacturing plant.

Cutting Manager – Nor Lanka Trincomalee Plant

Job Summary:

• Should be able to handle the cutting department independently to cater to 300 machine sewing floor.
• Should be able to supply inputs continually to a volume production such as 30,000 pcs per day.
• Should have a good knowledge in lay planning & Marker Making.
• Calculating marker efficiencies and work towards saving fabric along with maintenance of cutting records with fabric consumption.

Qualifications & Experience:

• G.C.E. A/L
• 3 years work experience with thorough technical knowledge to handle knit fabric.
• Experience on baby wear ratio packed product is specially considered.
• Degree/Diploma in clothing technology or its equivalent will be an added qualification.
• A team player with good integrity, interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, risk concept and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively with all levels across function.
• Good communication & leadership skills.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Preferred age below 45 years.
