Dreamron Lanka a leading company in the cosmetic industry in Sri Lanka, is looking towards an individual who could take up responsibility as a Customer Relations Officer of the company.
The candidate to be enthusiastic, self motivated, ambitious.
• Age below 40 years.
• GCE Advance level qualified or higher
• Computer literate.
• Excellent communication
• Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in the relevant filed.
• Ability to maintain an excellent customer relationship with good interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, Sinhala Tamil required
Job responsibilities.
• Coordinating with customers, field staff to increase service levels of the company
• Coordinate market related activities for sales growth
• Deal with corporate clients/ dealers for better coordination with the company
• Develop overall customer relationships with the company and follow up
