Location – Nawala / Nittambuwa / Divulapitiya / Piliyandala
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the ERP system.
Handle cash and card payments, ensuring accuracy in counting and providing correct change.
Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including shelves, displays, and checkout counters.
Assist customers in finding products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Age below 30 years old
Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing from a reputed institution (Part / Fully Qualified)
Passed G C E A/L
Strong communication skills
