Construction Supervisor // Manager – Colombo
We are looking for a Construction Supervisor/Manager with a proven history of providing technical and Management support for construction projects, ability to travel outstation projects, preferably with experience in both Home Owner Driven & Agency Driven Housing construction. Experience in Water & Sanitation Housing Projects (WASH) will be an added advantage. Duties of the Construction Supervisor/Manager will include planning, organizing, providing technical direction. preparing BOQs & support in the management of constructing houses.
Professional Qualifications / Experience:
Should possess a Degree in B.Sc (Civil) or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 5 years experience in the same capacity, preferably in an NGO. Working knowledge of MS Project Scheduling and AUTOCAD would be advantageous.
Senior Technical Officer – Colombo
Looking for candidates with ability to advise/supervise the construction of Home Owner Driven & Agency Driven Houses according to approved designs/budget. Experience in Water & Sanitation (WASH) Projects will be an added advantage.
Professional Qualifications / Experience:
NCT(Civil)/NCIT/Draftsmanship with 05 years experience. Below 40 years of age. Ability to ride m/cycles. Experience in working with an international organization/NGO will be an added qualification. Computer literacy is essential.
