QB LANKA (PVT) LTD, has been in the field of software developments since year 2008, providing variety of applications such as Inventory management, Accounting & Payroll applications on desktop & cloud versions. Our in house developed accounting and payroll applications are promoted across the country presently, under the brand name “QuickBalanze Solutions”

With the expansion of our business operations we are on the lookout for following personnel to recruit immediately.

C#.NET

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university
• 1+ years strong industry experience software development using Microsoft .Net technologies
• Knowledge in C#, MySQL and MS SQL
• Desirable experience and knowledge on OOA & OOD
• Desire to learn and apply new technologies, frameworks and patterns
• Knowledge in Sales & Inventory Management System would be an added advantage
• Knowledge in third party controls such as Telerik would be an added advantage

PHP

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 1+ years strong industry experience web development using PHP with MVC architecture, HTML , CSS , Java Script , JQuery, Ajax.
• Experience with Codelgniter PHP framework.
• Knowledge in MySQL.
• Desire to learn and apply new technologies, frameworks and patterns.
• Knowledge in Sales & Inventory Management System would be an added advantage.

Trainee Business Process Analyst

A Person with sound technical knowledge in both Accounting and computing, along with excellent Personal relationship skills who could take up challengers in a positive manner. Graduate or more than one year Accounting Software experience in small & medium scale would be preferred. Followings are the expected tasks from a potential candidate.

• Visiting Clients to understand the overall system requirements.
• Overlooking the analysis of client requirements.
• Supervision of delegating of project work to Product Developers
• Supervise the time plan for the each stage of the entire development
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Developers and QA’s (Through Manager — Sales, Marketing & Project Co-ordination)
• Totally responsible to handle Client Requirement’s
• Coordinate with clients and set meetings for the clarifications through Manager — Sales, Marketing & Project Co-ordination)
• Update the progress of the project development work to GM and Management • Ensure the timely delivery

Skills & Personal Characteristics for both positions

• A pleasant looking male in the age group between 23 — 28
• Strong level of communication skills (Both English & Sinhala)
• Computer literacy is must (Specially thorough knowledge in MS-Office)
