We are currently looking lot a Branch / Business Development Manager for our Sri Lankan Branch.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Promote the products like AHU, FCU, Fans, Kitchen Extract unit etc.
• Responsible for managing and scheduling customer shipments, and inter-branch transfers.
• Provide input for branch annual budget
• Accountable for the overall business unit performance of the HVAC Sales & Projects with full P&L responsibility.
• Create and implement Sales & Marketing strategies to meet the targeted sales, expense and profit targets.
• Set, assign and monitor operational objectives, budget, sales target and goals.
• Lead all aspects of the day-to-day operations with direct report to Area Manager.
• Formulate sales and marketing policies, practices and procedures in consultation with Area Manager.
• Meeting Consultant and client to make sure the brand is in their approved vendor list.

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical / Electrical Degree with 5 years’ experience.
• Good knowledge of HVAC market of Sri Lanka and working Sri Lankan HVAC industry is added advantage.
• Good knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment and system is required.
• Excellent Customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and strong PC skills.
