Job Role:
Associate Project Director – Quantitative
• Will be responsible for handling quantitative research projects independently (& simultaneously) with minimal supervisor of manager.
• Would be responsible for managing clients as independently as possible (with support from manager)
• Should be able to discuss research requirements with clients responsible for, and deliver to their satisfaction
• Responsible for conceptualizing research design, executing the same, developing analysis plans and findings reports Coordinating with all supporting departments and colleagues on Project Management
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university (local/international) in the study area of Mathematics/Statistics/Marketing / Management. A degree with a Class or/ and Post graduate qualification would be an added advantage.
• Added advantage: will be a professional qualification (like CIM, SLIM, CIMA etc.)
Personal attributes and Skills:
• Results oriented, proven ability to deliver against targets and deadlines
• Should be a team player – able to deliver well within a team
• Show strong managerial qualities, and leadership potential
• Lead a small team of executives and senior executives, delegate well and manage own team as an independent unit.
• Adept in basics of Quantitative research techniques and practices
• Should be very comfortable with numbers and data — ability to read patterns into data and formulate hypotheses is a must
• Well acquainted with managing Quantitative research studies
• Sound analytical skills and reasoning ability
• Should be acquainted with Marketing principles – And academic background in Marketing & experience will be definitely preferred
Experience (for Associate Project Director – Quantitative):
• Approx. 3 years to 5 years in Market Research with at least 1 year or more in Quantitative Research
Or
• At least 1 year in Research and 2+ years in Marketing / Branding / HR / business function
