Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Accountable for the company’s local marketing strategy, working closely with Group Chief Financial Officer.
– Responsible for improving products marketability and profitability by researching identifying and capitalizing market opportunities; improving product packaging and coordinating new product development. – Build a strong rapport with key accounts by making visits; exploring specific needs; anticipatin new opportunities.
– Manage directly and strategically relevant social media channels.
– Meet Brand regulatory guidance and legal compliances.
– Assist the local Marketing team with brainstorming, marketing and advertising strategies.
– Identification of potential new customers making business presentations.
– Customers relationship management.
– Manage the local sales production by relevant departments.
– Plan a coordinate weekly sales meeting and provide weekly reports to CFO
– Establish dealer network and all matters related to sales and distributions.
– Identify key channels and execute sales plans with precision.
Requirements:
– Age below 35 Should be a Male candidate
– Should have a Degree/Diploma in Marketing
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry Should have Excellent communication a interpersonal skills
– Salary 100,000 125,000 (negotiable)
