AQUA DYNAMICS (PVT) LIMITED is a German owned BOI registered company operating successfully for over 27 years and specializing in manufacture of water sports related products and allied items. We are looking for young, dynamic, energetic individual to fill the following vacancy.
Assistant Accountant (Female)
Qualifications & Experience:
• Professional qualification in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years experience in the accountancy field.
Requirements:
• Sound knowledge on Quick Book.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Computer literate.
• Should be able to work under pressure and independently.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Should be willing to work long hours.
• Age below 35 years.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing monthly Management Accounts, VAT returns & Custom Reconciliation.
• Preparing all Journal Vouchers and reconciling the accounts and preparing of schedule for the Annual Audit.
• Liaison with the external auditors on the yearend audit.
• Preparing PAYE tax annual returns for the submission to Inland Revenue.
• Submitting of Statutory information to Inland Revenue and other Government Authorities.
• Maintain of Fixed Assets register manually for audit and insurance purposes.
• Reconciling of Creditors Accounts & Bank Accounts
Salary for the above position is at a competitive level and negotiable.
