Admin Assistant and Project Coordinator – Female
Requirements:
– Good knowledge in English and telephone handling skills.
– Ability to handle incoming and outgoing e-mails effectively.
– Ability to handle all customers professionally ensuring that they are directed and provided with necessary and accurate information about our products and services.
– Coordinate and have a close follow up with the customers effectively, monitor and provide necessary support for all project related work.
– Assist in the day to day administrative work efficiently.
– Computer Literate. Knowledge in emails and internet.
– Up keeping the office premises.
