SUMMIT Professional services (Pvt) Ltd is a professional arm of PEAK Adventure Travel Group. PEAK operates in over 16 countries and own around 20 brands which are market leaders in US, UK and Australia. PEAK is head quartered in Melbourne but is partially owned by TUI travel (www.tuitravelplc.com), which is a Europe based travel giant. Supporting the PEAK structure, SUMMIT provides the global IT and Finance support for PEAK by maintain and enhancing the Enterprise IT and Finance systems.
About the role:
The Accounts Payable Team leader will be responsible for the management of the accounts payable processing function for the top operational brands of PEAK and will contribute in improving overall efficiency and process improvement on Transactional Team.
Task and Responsibilities:
– Provide support on staff management and development
– Manage Shared Services — Accounts Payable
– Support implementing accounting policies and procedures
– Assist on banking and cash management
– Perform general accounting and reporting
– Management of intercompany accounts payable
Qualifications and Experiences:
– 4+ years of experience in a Finance role
– Graduate in Accounting or similar professional qualification
– Highly competent Process and System knowledge
– Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS Office environment
Skills and Attributes:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Highly accountable and proactive in meeting deadlines
– Self-motivated and can set own goals
– Experience in motivating diverse team
– Demonstrate skills in planning and resource management
– Ability to lead and adapt to change
