Job Requirements:
– Must have experience in a similar job role in business development Customer relationship skills is a MUST!
– Sound education background or relevant work experience is required
– Experience in B2B or B2C business development
– Excellent communication skills is a required, in English language
– Pleasing and social personality
– Computer literacy is must
– Marketing knowledge is required
– Must be able to work for company sales and development targets
– Must be able to deliver a motivational leadership to the team
Job Description:
– Daily-weekly— monthly sales and development
– Manage and Support the sales teams — B2B and B2C
– Continues monitoring and improvements to the development strategy
– B2B business hunting and strategic development
– Improve on total business sales, conversion rate, referrals and repeating customers
