* 2 positions to work at Office 9.30am – 6.30pm (Local Time) – Location : Kotikawatta
* 2 positions to work from Home Fulltime ( Belgium working hours)
Our client is a reputed recruitment agency based in Belgium with clients all over in Europe, and looking for young energetic, entrepreneurial and target driven individuals to join their team.
The positions are based in Sri Lanka.
Your duties will include:
– Duties include research on prospect companies/candidates, outbound calls, maintaining call records
– Ability to convince the customers.
– Make appointments for your manager
– Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department and company goals.
What we expect from you:
– 1+ years inside sales or telemarketing experience
– Must have experience dealing with international clients
– Outstanding English Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
– Demonstrated ability to complete multiple. complex tasks.
– Analytical skill set. strong presentation skills. ability to interact with any level within an organization
– Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team
– Must be a self-starter and motivated.
