Senior Software Engineer – JavaScript
Allion is looking for an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to work in a North American startup engagement with exposure to latest and emerging technologies. The right candidate must be able to plan and work independently and coordinating with our principles overseas. Previous experience in working with overseas clients would be a definite plus.
Core Skills:
• Excellent command of JavaScript
• At least 2 years of backend web development experience (any language/framework)
• Experience in working with REST APIs
• Version controlling with Git
• Ability to carry out research on new technologies and quickly adapt them for the development
Desired Skills:
• Prior experience with Node.fs and MongoDB
• Enthusiastic about test-driven development
• Knowledge about ES6, promises and webhooks will be an added advantage
Expectations:
• Degree in Computer Science/IT or similar qualification with 3 – years of industry experience
• It is mandatory that the right candidate possesses excellent command of English in all communication formats.
