Senior Executive – Internal Audit

Main Responsibilities would be:

– Conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures.
– Identify the key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks. Etc
– Design internal audit procedures and work programs.
– Identify control gaps and opportunities for improvements.
– Conducts risk assessments and identify controls in place to mitigate identified risks.
– Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of controls, procedures and guide lines.
– Coordinate work with risk, legal, compliance and other control related activities.

The ideal candidates should possess the following prerequisites:

– Partly qualified in Chartered or CIMA.
– Minimum 3 years internal Audit experience in a similar capacity.
– Should be multitasking
– Excellent Computer literacy (Word, Excel etc)
– Should have excellent analytical skills, interpersonal & communication skills
– Proven honesty, integrity in a similar position for a considerable period.
– Higher level of leadership qualities and the ability of meeting the deadlines.
