Senior Executive – HR & Performance Management (Colombo 04)

The Colombo Institute of Research & Psychology (CIRP) is the pioneering & leading provider of Psychology education in Sri Lanka. The institute consists of Academic, Research, Corporate and Therapeutic divisions that provide a range of services as their main business avenues. The CIRP currently provides Psychology education to more than 500 students through a wide variety of programs ranging from Diploma level to Bachelors and Masters Degrees through its UK affiliations such as Coventry University and University of Hertfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting, Screening and Selection of academic and administration staff Preparation of Job Descriptions, analysis of HR requirements and planning Preparation and implementation of HR policies and guidelines Preparation and implementation of orientation and induction programs Conducting training and workshops for staff on HR policies & procedures Setting objectives, performance standards and evaluation criteria Conducting performance appraisals and other forms of monitoring & evaluation Implementation of staff development and staff welfare programs

Qualifications and Requirements:

An academic or a professional qualification in HR, equivalent to or above a bachelor’s degree Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR executive or above in a reputed company, preferably in the service sector Knowledge and previous experience in conducting performance appraisals is a must Excellent communication and PR skills Excellent command of English language in writing and speaking
